Greetings, SeaPiper enthusiasts and maritime adventurers!
We're thrilled to bring you an update on the SeaPiper 37 build, hull #16. We've implemented some small but impactful tweaks to our build process. These adjustments are already yielding results, making the build faster and more efficient without compromising on the quality the SeaPiper trawler. Let's dive into the details of our recent progress.

Power, Propulsion & Stability: The motor has been set, followed by successfully installing the shaft propeller along with its seals, ensuring a watertight and efficient propulsion system. We've also placed the SeaKeeper II, which will ensure a stable and comfortable ride in various sea conditions.

Electrical and Interior Work: Our skilled electricians have meticulously ran wires throughout the vessel. The head & shower insert is complete and receiving final detailed touches before being placed within the hull.
Simultaneously, our expert carpenters have been setting up the interior build and crafting the cabinets outside of the vessel. Their attention to detail promises to deliver a modern, classic aesthetic while maximizing storage functionality within the 8' beam footprint.

Deck and Exterior Progress: The deck is taking shape with the application of fiberglass this week, and is expected to pop out of the mold in 2 to 3 weeks. The new swimstep design is complete with 3 custom stainless steel brackets to support the fiberglass attachment, and will be installed any day!

Pilot House Improvements: A notable upgrade in Hull #16 is the new pilot house liner. This enhancement not only improves aesthetics but also contributes to better insulation and a more refined finish in this crucial area of the boat.
Looking Ahead: As we progress, we're approaching a significant milestone in the build. We're getting to the point where, once the deck mold is ready to pop, we'll be able to bring all the components together like a well-crafted puzzle. This stage is always exciting as it's when the SeaPiper 37 really starts to take its final shape.
We're incredibly proud of the progress on Hull #16 and can't wait to share more updates as we move closer to completion. Keep an eye on our blog for more exciting news about this build and other developments at SeaPiper.
